Greetings,

The Portage Senior Center is attempting to recruit a couple volunteers to serve as "Membership Relations Specialists". Basically we are going to ask them to once a month contact members that did not renew. The goal being that we have an opportunity to find out why some individuals are choosing not to renew, maybe do some problem solving, thank them for their membership to date, etc.

We are thinking that it would probably be a good idea to develop some sort of script for our volunteers to work off of. While I have some general ideas in mind, I am wondering if anybody else out there has something like this established already that I might be able to take a look at?

Please consider emailing a copy to me at: horanj@portagemi.gov if you do have one.

Thanks!
